We promise to provide you with the necessary updates and /or relevant information in relation to your case. We
do not provide any legal or financial advice. |
Cancellation.
You may cancel this agreement during the 14 day cooling off perio effective from the date you sign this document.
This agreement will be cancelled if you accept an offer of settlement from a tird party or the lender which we deem as unfair or
unreasonable.
We expect quic prompt updates from you should you receive any documentation or other information from the lender. All information must be clear,
concise and honest. Not providing such information will be deemed as a cacellation of this signed contract. |
The Claim & Contract
Any offers (from a third party or the lender) will only be acepted with your consent.
we shall not accept any offers (from a third party or the lender) on you behalf which we deem as unfair.
we can cancel this agreement if you accept an offer (from a third party or the lender ) which we deem as unfair.in such an event, we will charge you
for work carried out by Karza Maaf. This will be calculated at £20 per hour plus legal costs and other costs invurred. |

Our Fee is £250 Total. This includes ilegal fees & Insurance. |
