Please ask the cashier to put your name as a Reference when depositing the money. Once you have deposited the money then you must do the following:

Step 1
Fax the deposit slip to any of our fax numbers under (contact us link) please ensure your full name, address / contact No including receiver's full name/address / and contact No are also included on the fax. If you have an e-mail address please include this on the fax. Also specify whether you need petrol/ diesel/ paraffin.

Step 2
If this is your first time, then in addition to the above we would require any of the following proofs of I.D Driving licence, recent Utility Bill ie Gas/electricity / water, or a copy of your passport. This is only required once, any future transactions will not require I.D. No I.D will be required again, unless the transaction is above £1,000

Step 3
If you are outside of the UK and do an International Transfer, into our account then please allow at least 5 working days for it to appear and clear into our account. All of the above fax procedures still apply.

Step 4
Once we receive your fax we will contact you either by text or phone to inform you that we have received it.
